Kingdom of Influence (Dec 2025–current)

About the game

Kingdom of Influence is a game for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing social practices for adult players within a fictional world with realistic problems.Attributes: 3D, fantasy, adventure
Engine: Unity
Play link unavailable.

As the Art lead

Other than getting into the nitty-gritty of drawing up concept art, 3D modeling, and play-testing, I ensure a smooth development process for the art team. I have been maintaining a task sheet and documentation for references. With a small art team, I dabbled into a little bit of everything! It's been a great learning experience figuring out UV unwrapping, texture mapping, and terraforming.

Tic-Tac-Dice (Fall 2024)

About the game

Tic-Tac-Dice is a refreshing spin on the childhood game Tic-Tac-Toe, but with dice rolling mechanics. Play against a friend or the computer. The best of three rounds wins. The art direction for this game was meant to emulate a child playing Tic-Tac-Toe with chalk on the sidewalk. This game was developed in 10 weeks for a university project.Attributes: 2D, strategy
Engine: LÖVE2D

Experience from my first game

I hadn't taken a computer science class on algorithms, so stepping into the world of code was a challenge. I used a pre-existing code from Github to provide a foundation for the computer algorithm to play tic-tac-toe, and I figured out how to tweak it in order to play correctly in my game's design.

No Place Like Home (Feburary 2025)

About the game

No Place Like Home was a group submission for the first Brackey's Game Jam of 2025. You must escape the house before the family finds you. I created majority of the art assets, provoking the eery irony of the player being the stalker of a high school classmate. This game was created in a week.Attributes: 2.5D, horror, escape
Engine: Unity
Play the game here: Itch.io

Experience as the main artist

Despite the permitted one week for development, churning out game 2D assets for a 3D world was something new. The larger art assets were drawn in a way that follows the in-game perspectives, making the assets appear a little warped.

Senior capstone project

About the game

Using my previous semester’s research paper as a guideline, I researched topics that were character specific. Each character was symbolizing an Asian-American issue.Throughout the game, you’d explore environments that are based on each character’s turmoiled archetypes while avoiding deer-appearing monsters. General, gist of my game. If you’re interested, be sure to subscribe and hit the bell icon.
